Newcastle Aquatic Physiotherapy is a busy, bright and cheerful private health business that has been operating since 2007. Providing personalised care, we believe we are the best hydrotherapy facility in the Hunter Region. Our team help hundreds of people manage the effects of illness, accidents, disability and the stresses and strains of everyday life through Physiotherapy, Hydrotherapy and on-site fully equipped gym.

 

We provide care to a wide range of clients experiencing diverse challenges from sports injury through to joint replacement, stroke, chronic pain management and rehabilitation. We are registered with Fitness Australia and recognised by many health funds as a fitness facility.

 

We have a team of over 15 employees who are united in their dedication to providing the best rehabilitation in a first class, state of the art facility. The Role

​

Our Client Liaison Officers are the first point of contact for all our clients, you will be responsible for greeting all clients, answering phone calls in a timely manner, processing payments, responding to incoming emails from clients and care providers, maintaining client records and managing the appointment diary.

​

Our facility has its own hydrotherapy pool so this role will require you to “close down” and cover the pool at the end of some shifts (all training will be provided).

​

About You

​

  • An administration wiz

  • An effective communicator

  • Client focused and experienced in customer service

  • A team player

  • Kind, emotionally intelligent and accountable

  • Have experience in a medical support role (highly desirable)

  • A brilliant multi-tasker

​

This is a casual role (10-15 hours per week).

Your regular hours will be 8am to 2pm Wednesdays and 10am to 6pm Thursdays with the potential for more hours depending on the practice needs and leave coverage.
