About the event
This remarkable aquatic-based therapy can help to boost physical coordination, strength, and a balance while offering a fun and pressure free way to improve communication and social skills.
‘The Halliwick Concept is an approach to teaching all people, in particular, focussing on those with physical and/or learning difficulties, to participate in water activities, to move independently in water, and to swim.’ (IHA – Halliwick Concept 2000)
This one-day course, for Aquatic Physiotherapists and Clinicians, is going to be run by the wonderful, world renowned Halliwick Instructor, Fezia Tyebally.
