Move It!
Move It! is a supervised group gym session available to everyone after an initial consultation with our Exercise Physiologist.
You will work through your tailored gym program that is aligned to your personal health goals. It is a fun & friendly environment with other like-minded individuals.
These sessions run for 45 minutes where you will be encouraged, guided & progressed; empowering you to eventually self-manage your current gym-based rehabilitation program & into the future.
These sessions are capped at 5 participants to keep the focus on you & so you don't get lost in the crowd.
