Our Strength and Balance class offers a comprehensive approach to fitness that focuses on what matters most as we age: maintaining muscle strength to combat natural muscle loss and improving balance to keep you steady on your feet. Each session follows a structured format beginning with a gentle warm-up and coordination exercises, followed by a full-body circuit targeting upper and lower limbs along with core strengthening. We conclude with an engaging game that brings everyone together, ensuring fitness is both effective and enjoyable.

An initial assessment is necessary before attending the classes, so the physiotherapist is able to assess and set goals, so the classes are individually tailored to what each client requires.
