Strength and Balance

Life’s more fun when you can move confidently—and we believe fun shouldn’t be just for kids! Our Strength & Balance class is a 45-minute session run by a physiotherapist, designed to help you maintain and improve your strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and overall confidence.

But this isn’t your typical exercise class. We combine games, challenges, and social connection to make movement enjoyable, engaging, and effective. You’ll work on the things our bodies naturally lose as we get older—but in a way that feels playful, social, and energising.

Whether you want to feel steadier on your feet, lift and move with more confidence, or just have a laugh while keeping active, this class is for you. Because growing older shouldn’t mean growing boring—it’s time to play, move, and thrive!

An initial assessment is necessary before attending the classes, so the physiotherapist is able to assess and set goals, so the classes are individually tailored to what you want to achieve.
